Lead Admin/Receptionist

Westside Eye Doctors is a well-established Ophthalmology practice. Our small team consists of three Ophthalmologists, a Psychiatrist and admin/reception staff. 

We are looking for a lead person to join our team. Medical admin/reception experience is required.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. This position is located at our rooms at Taringa, and is a long-term roll. You will need a friendly disposition to your colleges, be patient focused, and be able to take and follow instructions, and be a self-starter with regard to using your initiative and logic.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Patient Co-ordination

• Reception duties

• Recording notes, writing quotes, discussing fees

• Data entry via medical software

• Private Health Fund billing

• Scheduling operations with different hospitals

• Attending to rooms opening up and closing procedures

• Banking as required
