Junior Legal Secretary | Newcastle | Workers’ Compensation

Join a First Tier National Insurance Firm seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, self motivated Junior Legal Secretary to provide pro active and professional secretarial, organisational and administrative support to the Workers' Compensation team.   

In this diverse position your duties will include diary management, opening and closing new matters, drafting and amending routine correspondence, preparing and filing court documents, collating briefs, monthly billing, conflict searches, arranging appointments, indexing and all other aspects of administrative support and ad hoc duties.  

To be successful, you will have 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role in a law firm or professional service environment. You must have exceptional organisation skills, great attention to detail and demonstrated initiative.
