In many psychology clinics, flexibility is promised but hard to deliver - sessions lock you into rigid hours, and “balance” usually takes a back seat. We wanted to change that.

At HCFP, our clinic runs from 7am to 7pm, weekdays only, which means you can structure your shifts around your lifestyle:

• Prefer to start early and finish around lunchtime? Choose a morning shift (7am start, early finish).

• More of a night owl? Select an afternoon shift, giving you a slow morning and plenty of breathing room before starting work.

Shifts are structured around face-to-face client time only. Your non-billable time is already included in your contracted hours and pay - meaning you won’t be expected to complete these tasks on your own time.

Flexible shifts (weekdays only - no weekends!)

An above award base salary plus a revenue share program - allowing you to earn an uncapped income

Paid annual leave and sick leave for financial security and peace of mind

Your non-billable time (notes, preparation, professional development) is already included in your contracted hours and pay - you won’t be expected to complete these tasks on your own time

A structured induction and mentoring plan to set you up for success in your first 100 days

Professional development tailored to your role:

• If you're a Clinical or Ed Dev Registrar, we'll pay for your access to PREP – a comprehensive, 2-year development pathway that supports you through every requirement on your journey to endorsement

• Otherwise, you’ll have access to our clinic Hub, which includes an extensive library of clinical resources, structured training modules, plus ongoing in-house mentoring

We’re seeking a psychologist who is passionate about therapeutic care and assessments (Autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences in children and adolescents). Together, we’ll work with you to develop a caseload that reflects your strengths and interests.

• Fully registered (general/registrar/endorsed) Psychologist with AHPRA

• Eligible for a Medicare provider number

• Excited to work with children, families, and diverse presentations
