We're looking for a casual Pizza Chef with at least 3 years experience in pizza dough preparation and hand stretching Neapolitan style pizza to join our talented team.

The Role:

• Prepare and hand-stretch dough to create Neapolitan style pizza base, ensuring consistency in size and quality.
• Prepping pizza toppings and additional menu items prepared in the pizza oven
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
• Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
• Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times.

Must Have's

• 3+ years' experience as a Pizza Chef
• Exposure to a high volume environment
• Must have experience with hand stretching
• Experience preparing pizza dough, hydration knowledge etc.
• Trade qualified (ideally)
• Consistency
• Attention to detail
• Reliable
• Work well with a team
• Positive attitude
• Great work ethic

• Starting immediately
• Casual 20-25 hours per week (mostly evenings)

Pay: $36.81 – $51.54 per hour
