CUTOMER EXPERIENCE / FUNCTIONS MANAGER

About the role

Round the Way Food Truck Group is seeking a Customer Experience & Functions Manager to be the face of our three dynamic food truck brands. This role covers everything from handling the first customer inquiry to building long-term relationships with clients, overseeing event operations, and developing marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service from inquiry to post-event follow-up

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events

• Develop marketing materials and strategies to help grow our business

• Handle function sales and manage client relationships

• Plan and coordinate event details, ensuring smooth operations

• Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure completion of cleaning schedules

• Contribute new ideas and innovative menu items to keep our offerings fresh

About you

• Extensive experience in hospitality, front-of-house, and functions management

• A true front-of-house professional with a passion for customer service

• Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Great attention to detail, especially with food presentation and safety
