Ready to be the welcoming face of a buzzing, award-winning naturopathic clinic in the heart of the Sutherland Shire?

We're on the hunt for a superstar Receptionist/Allrounder to join our passionate team! You'll be right at the heart of the action – the face at our front desk, keeping things humming, and making sure every client feels right at home.

Ideally 3+ years of receptionist experience is required for this position.

Naturopathic Clinic reception experience is preferred but not essential.

Cliniko knowledge is an advantage. Training on current system will be provided.

This casual position approximately 20+ hours per week. 3 days per week including Saturdays.

Your Role in the Clinic

This is not just a receptionist job—it’s a multi-dimensional role where you’ll wear many hats, all vital to the smooth and successful running of our practice. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly whilst us practitioner’s do what we do best.

You’ll be:

•           The First Smile: Welcoming clients in person and over the phone, managing appointments, and being their first point of contact.

•           The Organiser: Keeping the front-of-house running efficiently—confirming bookings, managing emails, handling payments, completing tasks whilst keeping the workspace tidy and ultimately pre-empting what is needed for things to run smoothly.

•           The Dispensary Hero: Preparing herbal and nutritional remedies accurately and safely.

•           The Admin Pro: Supporting clients with purchases, keeping our stock accurate, supplier ordering, and other behind-the-scenes tasks.

•           The Team Player: Working alongside our practitioners and admin team to ensure a calm, efficient, and positive atmosphere.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

•           Ideally local to Sutherland or within a 20 – 30 minute commute.

•           Warm, dependable, and always ready to pitch in with a “can-do” attitude.

•           Able to problem-solve and use your reasoning to work through a concern.

•           Detail-oriented, super-organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with grace and a smile.

•           A natural communicator who loves helping people feel at ease.

•           Experienced in admin or reception, especially in a health, wellness, or customer service setting.

Fabulous on the phone and with handling our patients warmly and efficiently.

•           Computer-savvy, with solid skills in Microsoft Office, fast typing (50+ wpm), is confident with Excel has a warm and confident phone etiquette.

We’d love you to know Excel and be able to make reports and spread sheets where needed.

•           Familiarity with clinic software and social media is a bonus!

This Role is Perfect For You If:

•           You are a Naturopath or have a background in natural health, and prefer admin over consulting.

If you present and handle yourself well as our front of house representative.

•           You are results-focused but still able to keep the whole picture in your view.

•           You have worked in a similar role at a Naturopathic clinic in the past.

•           You’re looking for long term causal role 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays with room to take on more hours over time.  You would also be needed to cover other admin staff when they are on leave or unwell.

•           You thrive in a busy client-focused environment where your contribution genuinely matters.
