Reception/Admin Team Member

We have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, self motivated individual to join our busy Naturopathic Admin team in City Beach.

This role is perfect for you if you are a skilled communicator who presents professionally, has an excellent phone manner, is interested in health, and can work in a busy clinic supporting our naturopaths and patients.

Key Responsibilities

·      Helping patients on the phone

·      Booking appointments

·      Working in our herbal dispensary

·      Helping with marketing

·      Helping with ordering

·      Making patients feel welcome and part of our community

·      Providing occasional cover for other team members when necessary

The successful applicant must be flexible with their availability. Shifts are generally either morning shifts with a 7:30 AM start or afternoon shifts finishing at 6:30 PM. Please only apply if you can comfortably manage these hours and can provide occasional cover for our other admin team members when necessary.

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the role and is seeking a long-term position as part of a team in a busy health clinic.
