Front of House / Administration – Integrative Health Clinic

Established in 1999, NatMed is a highly regarded integrative health clinic in East Fremantle. Our multidisciplinary team of 13 practitioners works across naturopathy, nutrition, nurse practitioner care, chiropractic, psychology, kinesiology and other complementary health disciplines.

We’re passionate about being at the forefront of evidence-based integrative healthcare, with a strong focus on personalised care and helping our patients achieve better health outcomes.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and capable person to join our Front of House team in a varied reception and administration role supporting our patients, practitioners and wider clinic team.

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be an important point of contact for our patients and play an integral role in creating a welcoming, professional and well-organised experience at NatMed.

Your role will include a broad range of reception, administration and patient support duties, including:

• Welcoming and assisting patients

• Managing phone, email and general enquiries

• Appointment bookings and diary management

• General reception and administration

• Patient communication and follow-up

• Processing payments and patient documentation

• Dispensing practitioner-prescribed supplements

• Supporting practitioners and the wider clinic team

• Following clinic systems and procedures

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, professional and confident with people

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, proactive and able to take initiative

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment

• A genuine team player who enjoys helping people

As this role plays an important part in our patient experience, it would particularly suit someone with an interest in or understanding of natural medicine and integrative healthcare — including current students or those with previous study or experience in naturopathy, nutrition, nursing, health sciences or a related field.

Previous reception, administration or healthcare experience would be highly regarded.

Applicants must have consistent availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the possibility of additional hours on Thursdays.

The roster will include a mix of daytime and later shifts, including shifts finishing at 6:30pm or 7:30pm.
