About the Role- Disability Support Worker (Female Only)

Good Conscience PTY LTD is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide high physical support to a participant in the Armadale area.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and high physical support

• Manual handling using standing hoist equipment

• Medication assistance and management

• Indian meal preparation- Essential

• Supporting community access and social participation

• Assisting with daily living activities and companionship

Essential Requirements

• Previous disability support experience

• Experience with manual handling and standing hoist

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach

• Manual handling Certificate

• Medication Administration Certificate

• NDIS Orientation Module

• Infection Control

Preferred

• Working With Children Check

• Ability to speak Indian languages, especially Malayalam
