The role

Part time administration assistant supporting the day to day running of the laboratory.

Day to day:

•      Enter new cases into our lab system from labslips and digital submissions, accurately and on the day they arrive

•      Answering phone calls and emails

•      Prepare completed cases for dispatch

•      Monitor cases through the lab each day and pick up anything running behind

•      Contact the customer as soon as a case is going to be late, before they have to chase us

•      General office admin: account opening forms, filing, data entry and supporting the lab manager

What we are after

•      Solid administration and data entry skills. Accurate the first time.

•      Comfortable on the phone with customers you have not met

•      Someone who spots when something is not right and follows it up without being told

•      Organised with good attention to detail

•      Clear written English for customer emails

•      Reliable.

No dental experience is required. We will teach you the terminology, the products and the process. What we cannot teach is attention to detail and being good with people.

Hours and pay

•      Approximately 30 hours a week, with additional hours available when required.

•      Monday to Friday with start times negotiable. We will set them with the right person.

•      $32 to $36 per hour depending on experience, plus superannuation

•      On site at our Bentley lab, in Technology Park. This is not a work from home role.
