Digital Dental Laboratories is a Southeast Queensland based dental laboratory servicing the wider dental community. We provide both clinical and technical services to our patients and dentists.
We have a team of 8 technicians spanning across our two sites in Southport and Tweed Heads. We also have 4 prosthetists that service our clinics ranging from Brisbane to Tugan. This role is for administration assistance in our Tweed Heads site.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as an Administration Support Receptionist in the Dental Lab Industry.
Don't know what a Dental Lab is? We essentially fabricate all prostheses to replace missing teeth ! Our Dental Technicians on site will create bespoke dental appliances for our patients.
The Successful applicant must be self-motivated, and possess a professional and positive attitude, as well as the ability to work to instructions individually and as a team. Dental knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Answering phone calls
Replying to emails
Patient inquiries
Inputting (data entry)
Billing (invoicing)
Dispatching lab work
Supporting our clinicians
Assisting our team with Laboratory
Work in a collaborative environment which will provide onsite training in a safe and secure workplace with opportunities for ongoing training and development.
