Retail Sales Assistant

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable SportsPower Broome experience.

SportsPower Sales Assistants are responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers

• Assist other staff and share product knowledge with customers

• Problem solving and ability to provide solutions

• Ad-hoc tasks as required and upkeep store presentation

Who you are

• Australian Permanent Resident

• Lives in Broome

• Customer Service/Retail Experience Superstar

• Previous experience with a sports retailer will be preferred but not essential

• Customer focused

• Has a love and appreciation of sports, fitness and sports brands

• Great attention to detail and willing to learn

• Is passionate about sharing knowledge with staff and with customers

• Able to work independently and unsupervised

• Shows a sense of urgency and is results driven

• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

• Ability to work across the working week Monday-Sunday (shorter hours Sat/Sunday, 5 day working week)

• Ability to use various computer programmes including but not limited to word and excel
