What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same!  You'll be helping keep our busy practice running smoothly by:

·         Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

·         Scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar

·         Responding to patient enquiries with professionalism, care, and empathy

·         Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team

·         Working closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient flow

·         Helping deliver an exceptional patient experience every day

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

·         Have experience in medical administration or a similar customer-focused role

·         Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service

·         Can juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and organised

·         Have excellent communication and time management skills

·         Are compassionate, friendly, and genuinely care about helping others

·         Understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare
