About the Opportunity

Due to exciting growth across our services, My Guardian is introducing a brand-new Massage Therapist position to our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments, tailor care plans to individual client needs, and work alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to understand their physical condition, medical history, and wellness goals.

• Provide professional massage treatments tailored to individual client care plans.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and progress notes.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients.

• Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure holistic client support.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

• Valid professional indemnity insurance and association membership.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence
