Electrical Administrator

All Hours Electrical is seeking an experienced and organised Electrical Administrator to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone with previous experience working within an electrical company who is confident managing day-to-day operations .

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating electricians and apprentices, including the job calendar

• Answering calls, booking jobs and keeping clients posted on progress

• Liaising with clients, builders, property managers and suppliers

• Preparing quotes, invoicing and assisting with job variations

• Ordering materials and dealing with suppliers

• Chasing field staff for timesheets, job notes and paperwork

• General admin and keeping things organised alongside management

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an electrical or trade-based company (required)

• Ability to prepare basic quotes and invoices

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Professional & friendly phone manner

• Able to multitask, prioritise and work independently

• Comfortable with email, scheduling software and general office systems

• Excellent written communication for dealing with clients, builders and suppliers
