We're looking for a dedicated, proactive Body Corporate Manager to join our vibrant team and help us continue raising the bar for client service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Be the trusted go-to expert for your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional, personalised service experience
Take ownership of the day-to-day management of your buildings, preparing for General Meetings, handling financial reporting and budgeting
Dive into meetings (during business hours) to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and proactively improving systems and processes
Build strong, lasting client relationships through outstanding communication, quick responses, and a proactive, solution-focused approach
About you
At least 1 - 2 years' strata management experience
Strong skills with StrataMax and StrataVote (or a willingness to learn quickly)
A natural multitasker who's organised, independent, and thrives on getting things done
A brilliant communicator with a genuine passion for client service
A positive, problem-solving mindset
