Selection Criteria

• Relevant tertiary health qualification and/or equivalent experience within a hospital environment and/or NSW Public Health System.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, liaise, negotiate and consult effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated understanding of acting as an advocate for positive patient experiences and participation in healthcare decision-making.

• Understanding of relevant legislation and policy, including patient rights and NSW Health Complaint Management Guidelines.
