Swimart Sunnybank is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Leader to oversee our service team of 4 Technicians, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Your Role: Lead, Coordinate & Elevate Our Service Operations

As our Operations Leader, you will take ownership of the smooth running of our service department. Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling & Workflow Management — Plan, coordinate, and optimise daily service routes to maximise efficiency, minimise travel time, and ensure timely customer service.

• Quoting & Job Scoping — Prepare accurate quotes for equipment installations, repairs, maintenance packages and green pool recover. Communicate clearly with customers to help them understand options and make informed decisions.

• Advanced Troubleshooting — Provide expert support to technicians on complex equipment faults, water chemistry issues, and system diagnostics. Step in for difficult jobs when required.

• Team Leadership & Development — Mentor technicians, support onboarding, and ensure consistent service standards across the team.

• Customer Engagement — Build strong relationships, handle escalations professionally, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

• Operational Oversight — Maintain quality, safety, and compliance across all service activities while driving continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool servicing, maintenance, or equipment installation

• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filters, chlorinators, and cleaning systems

• Experience with scheduling, quoting, or operational coordination (highly regarded)

• Manual Driver’s Licence (QLD – essential)
