Brothers Leagues Club Ipswich offers Restaurant, Cafe and Function Room options along with an off-site catering license with further extensions and food outlets soon to come.

With the introduction of our new kids' room and restaurant extensions we are experiencing fantastic growth, and we are now looking for Casual Chefs. Flexible hours are possible for the roles. To be successful in securing a role at Brothers the candidate will need to have:

• Team player attitude,

• Experience in a quality focused environment,

• Experience in a busy environment,

• Ability to work unsupervised,

• Strong time management skills,

• Punctuality,

• Strong food knowledge across multiple styles,

• Strong food safety and WHS focus,

• Effective communications skills,

• Customer focus.
