About the role

The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.

Your main duties will include:

• Call Handling & Real-time support
• Incident & Request Resolution
• Maintain good ticket Management & throughput practices

About you

• Experience in ICT support
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage workload and priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
