The Property Manager will work as a member of a team within an Open Portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating leasing activities, conducting routine inspections, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals. Daily tasks include responding to owner and tenant enquiries, arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties are presented and managed to a high standard. The role also involves rent reviews, arrears management, and accurate documentation in line with relevant legislation and agency procedures. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and administration teams, provide regular updates to property owners, and support the growth and retention of the rental portfolio.QualificationsDemonstrated property management or real estate experience, with strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation in South Australia.Proficient in property management software and general digital tools, with solid administrative and record-keeping skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing competing priorities and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to attend inspections and property visits.Current or eligibility for a real estate/property management registration or license in South Australia.Professional, ethical approach with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
