Direct Sales Consultant - Auto Finance & Insurance

Requirements

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a candidate to join a successful team of professionals. As the Direct Sales Consultant, you will:

• Field inbound sales and customer service calls regarding new loan applications
  
• Gathering customer information and documents for new loan applications
  
• Liaise with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams
  
• Manage direct and indirect loan enquiries
  
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness
  
• Support the Dealer network with customer relationships
  

To be considered for the role, you have will have:

• Customer service or sales experience working for a banking or finance institution
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiastic approach to work
  
• Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.
  
• Working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage
