We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Sales Manager to join our WA Sales team based in Wangara. This role plays a key part in supporting our Sales Managers, Design Consultants, and overall branch performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales team and design consultants, managing the appointments schedule, overseeing sales reporting, and ensuring the WA branch meets its financial targets and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support the Sales Managers with daily sales operations, team coordination, and KPI achievement.

• Oversee incoming leads to ensure timely follow‑up, strong conversion rates, and accurate reporting.

• Run sales performance reporting and identify opportunities to improve team results.

• Engage with Design Consultants daily to confirm leads, conversions, product requirements, and direction.

• Follow up quotes and assist in driving sales outcomes within agreed KPI timelines.

• Resolve sales‑related issues impacting installation readiness, including finance paperwork and deposits.

• Deliver product knowledge training and maintain up‑to‑date product documentation and specifications.

• Provide technical product support and oversee accurate drawings and plans for customer projects.

• Communicate promotions and marketing initiatives to the sales team and uphold the AOL brand experience.

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales staff.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum two years’ experience in concept selling and in‑home consultations.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support sales teams.

• Driven, tenacious, and committed to achieving results.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer‑centric mindset.

• Current driver’s licence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
