About the Role We are looking for an experienced passionate Assistant Showroom Manager to join our Crows Nest Showroom. Well suited to a natural leader with a hungry passion for retail sales, this position oversees the vibrant and successful consultants to ensure they are hitting store budgets and targets as set by the business. Commitment to driving a high performing team, with a can-do approach. You will also provide training, coaching and motivation to the team while maintaining a positive culture. This role will be rostered to include a weekend day. What You’ll Do Develop a strong knowledge of the Coco Republic product rangeOversee staff and work closely with the Showroom Manager to lead the high performing Sales cultureContribute to a positive working cultureProvide support and training to a Design/Sales teamEnsure the showroom presentation is to an impeccable standard at all times. Support the Showroom Manager with all operational tasks.Champion all daily showroom administrative tasks, making sure data is checked for accuracy and complianceHandle escalated customer complaints and follow up with a positive result
Who You AreDemonstrated experience as a Manager and Leader in a similar environmentHigh level of organisation with excellent communication skillsExposure to a sales CRM systemExperience managing and allocating monthly rostersAbility to affect change and drive a sales resultStrong ability to build rapport with high-end customers, and a passion for teaching others how to close the sale on the spot
