Fernwood Womens Health Clubs in Preston/Epping VIC is on the hunt for a high‑energy, people‑loving Membership Consultant who thrives on connection, celebrates women’s achievements, and knows how to turn conversations into a membership that can change lives. What you'll be doing

• Welcoming every woman who walks through our doors with warmth and confidence

• Building genuine relationships and understanding each member’s goals

• Hitting sales targets through tours, follow‑ups, and exceptional service

• Supporting new members through their first steps and setting them up for success

• Representing our club culture with pride, positivity, and professionalism

• Working closely with our team to create a fun, inclusive, high‑vibe environment

What we're looking for

• Fitness qualifications (preferable Cert 3/4)

• You LOVE people — chatting, connecting, and uplifting others

• You’re driven, organised, and excited by hitting goals

• You’re confident on the phone and in person

• You bring energy, initiative, and a can‑do attitude

• You thrive in a supportive, women‑focused fitness space

• Sales experience is a bonus, but passion and personality are everything
