Membership Sales Consultant Casual

About the role

We are opening a new club and looking a new team to inspire your community to exercise, grow the membership base, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive. Your role and responsibilities will include;

• Driving out presale activities.

• Outreach including attending cafes, shopping centres and local businesses.

• Handling incoming calls and lead enquiries, booking them in to discuss the new club.

• Taking prospects through a needs analysis and club tour, providing membership options to help them start their fitness journey.

• Reaching monthly membership sales and retention targets.

• Following and implementing the brand sales and service strategies.

• Encouraging referrals and community lead generation activities.

• Networking with local business to create awareness and generate leads.

• Connecting and identifying your customers' needs to determine what solution is best for them.

• Demonstrating solution-based selling.

• Attending webinar and state sales training sessions.

• Effectively work with minimum direction with desire and ability to self-manage and achieve.

Skills & experience

· You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.

· Passionate about women’s health and fitness.

· Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build strong relationships quickly.

· Can work towards targets with enthusiasm.

· Enthusiastic sales focus; able to identify sales, service and marketing opportunities.
