About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community. You will assist with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks

• Community access and social engagement

• Medication support

• Emotional and wellbeing support

We have various positions available across the Gold Coast, including roles in Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.

About You

• A caring and compassionate nature – You’re patient, empathetic, and a great communicator

• A current Australian driver’s license & reliable vehicle

• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent

• Diabetes training & experience (highly regarded)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check

• Basic computer skills – Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports.
