ALEX&Co Full Time Section Waiters & FOH Supervisors | $60K–$70K + Super

About the Role

ALEX&Co is looking for experienced full-time Section Waiters and FOH Supervisors to join our team in Parramatta.

Depending on your experience, you will confidently manage your own section during busy services, provide friendly, attentive and professional table service, and work closely with our management, bar and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own section confidently during busy services

• Providing friendly, attentive and professional table service

• Taking orders accurately and confidently recommending and upselling

• Maintaining strong knowledge of food, wine and cocktails

• Driving sales and maintaining strong average spend per head

• Ensuring tables and sections are fully prepared before service

• Coordinating effectively with kitchen, bar, runners and other FOH team members

• Handling guest requests and resolving minor service issues

• Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures

• Supporting functions, events and large group bookings

• For Supervisor positions, assisting with service flow, team direction and maintaining FOH standards

About You

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a busy restaurant, bar or similar hospitality environment

• Confident managing a busy section independently

• Experienced in high-volume service

• Naturally guest-focused with strong communication skills

• Comfortable with sales, recommendations and upselling

• Reliable, punctual and well presented

• Strong team player

• Looking for a stable, long-term full-time position

• Flexible across evenings and peak trading periods

• Available and expected to work weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings

• Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded for FOH Supervisor applicants

Weekend availability is essential for this position, as Friday and Saturday are key trading days for our venue.
