Fraser’s Restaurant is seeking experienced, service-focused professionals to join our front-of-house team. This role is suited to individuals who are serious about hospitality as a career and take pride in delivering refined, attentive service in a premium dining environment.

You will manage your own section with confidence, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to a culture of professionalism and consistency on the floor.

Service & Section Management

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium or high-volume dining

• Strong understanding of service sequence and timing

• Confident section ownership and table management

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience

Operational Strength

• Proficient with POS systems

• Strong food and beverage knowledge

• High attention to detail in table presentation and maintenance

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure

Availability

• Availability across evenings and weekends

• Current RSA & Food saftey certificate required

• Impeccable grooming and presentation

• Clear, professional communication

• Team-oriented mindset

• Reliable and accountable
