Speech Pathologist: Full-Time Mascot

About the role

We're seeking a Speech Therapist to join our growing team of community-based allied health clinicians in Mascot. You'll work with a paediatric and mixed caseload, with the majority of your case load aged under 15 years, though you may see some adult clients too.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual's language abilities
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions tailored to children's needs
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and meaningful interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and professional standards
• NDIS report writing

About you

• 1-2+ years of paediatric speech therapy practice experience, including working within the community and providing supports and services under the NDISA
• Personal desire to work with a paediatric cohort
• Current SPA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Current driver's license and your own transport
• First Aid Certificate
