Part time Guest Service Agents

Miller Apartments is a 4.5 star hotel located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. The hotel offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments including all the luxuries of a hotel stay. Miller Apartments is now seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our guest focused team.

Applicants will need to possess the following to be successful:

• Full availability across a 7 day roster including public holidays (penalty rates apply)

• Exceptional customer service with a guest centric attitude

• Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve

• Willingness to learn new skills and to continually improve

• Reliability and honesty with the ability to work independently

• High Level of computer literacy (knowledge of hotel property management systems will be an advantage)

• A positive "can do" attitude

• Excellent standard of grooming & personal presentation

• Strong communication skills including confident phone manner

Responsibilities include:

• Catering to guest requests and solving guest issues

• Daily Check in's/out's

• Taking and entering reservations

• Auditing and balancing daily transactions

• Attention to detail for both work and presentation of the property

• Compilation of daily statistical information

Previous experience using RMS will be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
