We supply education and commercial customers nationally through a strong dealer and reseller network, backed by our own warehousing, installation and support teams in every state.

We’re a business that’s grown year on year by competing on service, specification and reliability. This is an established Victorian territory with a loyal customer base, now available to you as the next Account Manager.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you’ll own and grow our Victorian territory across the education and commercial fitout markets. It’s a field-based role: you’ll be out in the market with customers, on site measuring and scoping, and influencing product selection with architects, designers, builders and project managers well before projects reach tender.

You’ll be supported by our Victorian warehouse, national customer service and installation teams — but the territory is yours to own and run.

What you’ll do

•    Manage and grow an established portfolio of dealer, reseller and end-user accounts across Victoria

•    Build genuine, long-term relationships with resellers, builders, fitout companies, architects and designers

•    Influence specifications early — get Visionchart products written into projects before they go to tender

•    Run the full cycle: enquiry, site measure, quote, tender, order, and coordinate delivery and installation

•    Identify and win new business across office products, education and commercial fitout

•    Manage your pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity with discipline

•    Work closely with the Victorian warehouse and install teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

•    Represent Visionchart at industry and customer events

What we’re looking for

•    Proven B2B territory, account management or specification sales experience — ideally in office products, education furniture, commercial fitout, building products, or an adjacent industry

•    Someone who sells on value, relationships, knowledge, and solutions — you win by being the supplier customers trust and want involved

•    Comfort working through a reseller/dealer channel and directly with end users and project stakeholders

•    Confidence reading plans, scoping from site measures, and managing spec/tender-driven opportunities

•    Strong commercial instincts, self-motivation and the discipline to run your own territory and pipeline

•    Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills

•    Current Victorian driver’s licence, white card, and WWCC or no impediments to obtaining
