THE ROLEWe're looking for a Creator & Influencer Specialist who lives and breathes beauty, wellness and lifestyle on social media. You're someone who can scroll TikTok, Instagram, and instantly get the aesthetic, the vibe a creator fits into, and if they're the perfect brand match.
WHAT YOU'LL DOSource and shortlist beauty, wellness, and lifestyle creators across the Australian market to find the creators that match a brand’s DNA. The core skill required is aesthetic discernment and you’ll know why a creator’s vibe is “clean girl wellness” rather than “playful skincare.” We're looking for someone that’s can also transfer this same instinct across border when a brief calls for creators outside Australia, such as Europe or the US, wherever the brand is playing.

Category fluency You’re fluent across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle and are confident scouting curated creators aligned to Mass, Premium and Luxury brand tiers.
You'll also bring• 2-4 years of professional experience• Existing relationships with AU creators or agencies• Familiarity with tools for sourcing and tracking creator partnerships• Experience negotiating creator rates and usage terms
