Store Manager - Premium Furniture

With more than 300 stores worldwide, BoConcept is one of the word's favourite home furnishings brands. We provide our customers a full range of Danish-designed products, including furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork and decorative accessories.

Our motivated and qualified sales team are all Interior Designers, who are passionate about creating beautiful and functional interior design solutions for their clients.

 About the role

Our Store Managers are the front-line leaders in our organisation. Leading their sales team by example, they demonstrate exceptional personal sales and communication skills, and are trusted coaches and trainers to their team members.

BoConcept supports Store Managers with an exceptional training and development program, including an international "Global Talent Program" for our outstanding leaders.

You won't just be “selling furniture” - you'll be providing your clients with a complete interior design service to transform the way they live! 

 As this is a sales role, regular (part) weekend work is required.

About You:

• You have a strong interest in furniture and interior design, with a design qualification.

• You are an experienced leader with a talent for training and coaching your team

• You have a successful track record of leading a sales team to achieve its targets.

• You are a motivated and ambitious individual

• You are highly skilled in “solution based” selling
