About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while helping to drive quality outcomes across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in leading daily centre operations
• Mentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potential
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
• Support occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagement
• Monitor centre performance against financial, operational and quality targets
• Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
• A current Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
• A passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement
• A positive, solutions-focused leadership approach
