Cook / FOH Taco Gringo

Taco Gringo started as a food truck in Rockhampton and quickly built a strong following, regularly selling out our signature birria tacos.

We are now taking the next step transitioning from a food truck into a shopfront, expanding our menu, and building a bigger, more structured kitchen.

This is a unique opportunity to join us during this growth phase and be part of building something from the ground up.

🌮 What You’ll Be Doing

• Cooking and assembling menu items during service

• Running the grill during busy periods

• Assisting with prep, including meats, sauces, and fresh ingredients

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

• Supporting the rollout of new menu items

• Helping improve kitchen systems and efficiency
