SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - ADVISORY - AGED CARE & HEALTH SECTOR - NORTH SYDNEY (Job ID 1384)

The consulting team works closely with organisations across the aged care and disability sectors, helping clients navigate complex financial, regulatory and operational challenges. The Role: 

• Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients 

• Lead client meetings, presentations and project engagements 

• Conduct financial analysis including reconciliations, forecasting and financial statement reviews 

• Provide insights into financial performance including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow analysis 

• Oversee client deliverables ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards 

• Supervise and mentor junior team members 

About You: 

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Business 

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with CA/CPA qualification 

• Experience in consulting, advisory or professional services highly regarded 

• Exposure to the aged care or healthcare sector advantageous 

• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills 

• Ability to manage multiple projects while building strong client relationships
