SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT – AGED CARE ADVISORY – LOWER NORTH SHORE SYDNEY / HYBRID – LEADING SECTOR SPECIALIST FIRM (JOB ID 1694)

Their consulting team works directly with executive leadership teams and Boards, delivering high-impact advice on financial sustainability, funding reform, investment decisions, strategic planning and operational performance. 

The Role: 

• Lead the development of complex financial models supporting strategic, investment and sustainability decisions 

• Deliver financial and commercial analysis across business planning, feasibility studies and performance improvement projects 

• Assess funding reforms, pricing strategies and financial sustainability outcomes 

• Interpret financial results, funding impacts and operational performance data 

• Perform detailed financial analysis, reconciliations and data validation 

• Prepare board-level reports, presentations and strategic recommendations 

• Work directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards and executive stakeholders 

• Support due diligence, scenario modelling and strategic advisory engagements 

• Utilise AI and analytics tools to enhance forecasting, reporting and business insights 

• Mentor and support junior consultants and analysts 

• Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors on major client engagements 

About You: 

• 5+ years' experience in management consulting, financial analysis, management accounting, corporate advisory or related fields 

• Strong financial accounting and management reporting expertise 

• Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities 

• Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide commercial insights 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills 

• Strong written communication and report-writing abilities 

• Confidence engaging with senior executives and Boards 

• Experience within aged care, disability, health or regulated sectors highly regarded 

• Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics tools desirable 

• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification highly regarded
