We’re on the hunt for a full-time Belt Splicer to join our growing Perth-based team, working across a wide range of industries on cutting-edge conveyor systems.

The Role

As a Belt Splicer specialising in PVC and polyurethane belts, you’ll be hands-on with installs, repairs, and maintenance across a range of conveyor systems – in the workshop and on-site. You’ll work with a diverse group of clients across industries including manufacturing, logistics, food processing, and more.

It’s not just about splicing belts – it’s about doing quality work, staying safe, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done.

What we Need From You

• Experience with PVC and polyurethane belt splicing – or the drive to learn it fast

• Skills in hot and cold joins, fault-finding, and basic belt repairs

• Exposure to (or interest in) cold rubber lagging

• A commitment to quality, safety, and getting the job done properly

• Clear communication, a team-first mindset, and a strong work ethic
