Titan Industries is gearing up for a major workforce mobilisation in Queensland's Bowen Basin, with multiple opportunities available for experienced Mobile Plant Fitters / Heavy Diesel Fitters.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting across a range of maintenance positions, including:

• Field Service Fitters

• Workshop Fitters

• Full-Time Positions

• Casual Positions

You'll be working as part of a large mobile maintenance team supporting the availability and reliability of heavy mining equipment.

This isn't a one-off vacancy — we're building a team and looking for experienced tradespeople who want ongoing work, a quality roster and genuine opportunities to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your role and experience, your work will include:

• Planned servicing and preventative maintenance

• Breakdown response and repairs

• Fault finding and diagnostics

• Component removal and installation

• Field service maintenance and repairs

• Workshop-based maintenance

• Completing maintenance and service documentation

• Working closely with site maintenance and operational teams

• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant trade qualification

• Experience maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

• Current driver's licence

• Strong commitment to safe work practices

• Ability to work effectively within a site maintenance team

• Reliable and professional approach to work

Previous mining experience is highly regarded, particularly experience working with large mining mobile plant.
