Aged Care Support Worker - Arabic speakings

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and hardworking Support Worker to assist clients with daily living activities and household support. The role involves helping clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while supporting their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
• General household cleaning and tidying
• Laundry and changing bed linens
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Garden maintenance and outdoor cleaning
• Supporting clients with daily routines and companionship
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
• Reporting any concerns or changes in client wellbeing

Skills and Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience in support work, aged care, disability support, or cleaning is preferred
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
• Valid police check and relevant clearances (if required)

Pay: $40.00 per hour
