THE ROLE

Provide therapy to couples and individuals experiencing:

• Repeated conflict and communication breakdowns
• Emotional disconnection
• Betrayal and loss of trust
• Intimacy and sexual concerns
• Relationship anxiety and attachment difficulties
• Separation and major relationship transitions

You will have professional autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to influence the direction of our relationship services.

ABOUT YOU

You are a warm, grounded and confident therapist who genuinely enjoys couples work. You can work with emotion, conflict and complexity while maintaining clear therapeutic direction.

You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling or social work
• Current AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA registration
• Couples-specific training in EFCT, Gottman or another recognised approach
• Demonstrated couples therapy experience
• Professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
• A commitment to supervision, ethical practice and professional development

Experience with neurodiverse couples, betrayal, intimacy, sex therapy or couples intensives will be highly regarded.
