Wayne Phillis Automotive is a Family owned and operated multi-franchise vehicle dealership based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide for over 40 years, consisting of Ford, Isuzu, SsangYong, Kia, Geely and GAC.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Ford Dealership at Christies Beach as a New Ford Sales Consultant.  You will be working with a team who has been awarded the highly prestigious Ford President's Award for the last two years – 2024 & 2025 and has enviable repeat customers.

• Be able to follow the Companies processes and systems

• Strong negotiation skills

• Have a clear police record

• Hold a current SA driver’s license

• In-house training supplied

A generous package including an outstanding bonus system, commensurate with your experience, will be on offer with the use of a fully maintained company vehicle. Resulting in the potential to earn in excess of $115k including superannuation.

Our sales team is supported by a delivery co-oordinator who manages your pre-delivery  and post-sale communications, leaving you quality time to concentrate of selling MORE cars.

Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable but not essential, however all applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Salespeople currently working in retail, in particular Harvey Norman, Good Guys, 4wd specialists are encouraged to apply - 5 day week - NO SUNDAYS
