Smart Solar is growing our Upper Coomera appointment-setting team and we're looking for reliable, confident people who enjoy speaking with customers and want the opportunity to earn well.

Your role is simple: speak with homeowners, spark their interest in solar and battery savings, and book qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

This is appointment setting — you are not required to close the sale.

💰 PAY & BONUSES

• From $32 per hour

• $150 bonus for every completed sale from your appointments

• Our setters currently average around 3 sales per week

• That's approximately $450 per week in bonuses

• Uncapped earning potential

• Consistent Monday–Friday hours

• Additional Saturday shifts available

At 35 hours per week, that's $1,120+ in hourly pay, with the potential to earn around $1,570 per week including average bonuses.

☀️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll speak with homeowners about how solar and battery systems may help reduce their electricity costs.

Your job will be to:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners

• Have genuine, confident conversations

• Identify customers who could benefit from solar and battery

• Ask a few simple qualifying questions

• Book appointments for our solar consultants

• Accurately record customer and appointment details

• Consistently hit daily and weekly targets

No solar experience is required — full training is provided.

🕙 HOURS

Monday to Friday: 10:00am–5:00pm

We offer reliable, consistent weekday hours so you know exactly when you're working.

Saturday shifts are also available for team members wanting additional hours and earning opportunities.

👤 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need solar experience.

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Confident speaking on the phone

• Positive and energetic

• Comfortable working towards targets

• Motivated by bonuses and earning potential

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Able to handle rejection and move straight onto the next call

• Available consistently Monday to Friday

Previous experience in appointment setting, call centres, sales, customer service, retail or hospitality is highly regarded but not essential.
