Area Manager - Corporate cleaning

About the role

As an Area Manager - you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple cleaning teams across commercial sites in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role is integral to ensuring consistent, high-quality cleaning services are delivered to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services at multiple commercial sites

2. Monitor and report on cleaning KPIs to ensure contractual obligations are met

3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely manner

4. Oversee the recruitment, training and performance management of the cleaning team

5. Manage the scheduling and deployment of cleaning resources to meet client requirements

6. Implement and maintain cleaning procedures and quality assurance processes

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning standards and efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Commercial cleaning Experience preferred however not a pre requisite

2. Strong operational management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff

4. Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards

6. Familiarity with cleaning processes, procedures and industry best practices

7. Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage cleaning operations
