Shift Leader -Community Connection Program

Lead a shift that creates connection before crisis. As a Community Connection Shift Leader, you will guide and encourage a caring volunteer team to create a safe, welcoming space for women. You will coordinate each shift, support volunteers to offer activities and practical or digital assistance and help the team respond confidently when extra support is needed. It is a meaningful opportunity to grow your leadership skills while helping women feel valued, connected and supported.
