Bartender

We are looking for experienced bartenders who have a passion for cocktails and excellent customer service to join our existing venues, including the Poolside Bar & Penguins Restaurant.

As a family resort, our bartenders can also enjoy the benefit of no late-night service while still experiencing the buzz of a fast-paced and fun environment. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a bartender role (essential)

• A current nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement

• Excellent customer service & flare for bartending

• Extensive knowledge of wine, beers & cocktails

• Full availability: able to work weekdays, weekends, nights and Public Holidays
