About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Mackay team.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and effective management of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.

• Lead, supervise and develop a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture

• Effective quality control and assurance to ensure all warehouse operations meet client, company and industry standards

• Control, track and complete warehouse records and paperwork to ensure documented compliance.

• Uphold and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and ensure a safe work environment

• Maintain and nurture effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to ensure efficiency, alignment and desired outcomes.

Desirables

• Current forklift ticket

• Knowledge/experience of earthmoving equipment

Required

• National Police Certificate (also known as a National Police Check) or willingness to obtain

• Able to complete a Pre Employment Medical Assessment

 Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
