We are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our team in a part-time - weekdays.

The role will be based across the Hospital’s Main Reception and Specialist Suites, providing a varied and rewarding opportunity to work with patients, specialists and the wider hospital team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Answer and manage phone calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Input and update theatre lists accurately.

• Liaise with specialist rooms to coordinate patient care and appointments.

• Process payments and daily banking.

• Prepare and organise patient charts and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist in a Hospital or in a similar administrative role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
