Full‑Time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

We’re excited to welcome a Space Coordinator to our small team in Hobart 🌟

This isn’t your typical office role! This is a hands-on role with a blend of admin, front of house, customer service, events and space presentation. You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable member experience and supporting the space running smoothly.

If you’re coming from a role in hospitality or retail, this is a great opportunity to take your skills into an office environment with no weekends or late nights. With full training provided, we’ll support you to grow and develop within the WOTSO environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House & Member Experience

• Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
• Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
• Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
• Host community events and activities
• Create and issue member communications
• Contribute to Instagram posting and local marketing initiatives

Space Presentation, Operations & Admin

• Daily setup and pack down of the space
• Meeting room preparation and event coordination
• Manage stock levels, consumables and site orders
• Onboard new members and help them feel at home
• Process payments, membership changes and CRM updates

About You

• Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service
• Happy to roll up your sleeves – no job too small, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Friendly, confident and comfortable initaiting conversations
• Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
• Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
